Taking a day out to really take stock and review how you are doing in any or all areas of your life – is an amazing investment in YOU.

During an in-person day in Bristol (UK) you can decide what you want to focus on for our eight hours together. It might be a specific relationship or how to find love. It could be your work or discovering your life’s passion. Or maybe you might want to explore together what it means to be more authentic, build deeper connections or how to make a positive impact in the world. You might want an MOT of your life to see what is currently working or not. Or maybe what you really want to look at is something completely different… the choice is yours.

Over the course of the day we will have several coaching sessions plus you will have some time for personal reflection and journaling.

The cost of the intensive includes:

• A pre-session survey
• A signed copy of my book: Inside Out – how to have authentic relationships with everyone in your life
• A one-day intensive in person in Bristol (travel and accommodation are not included)
• Lunch and refreshments
• A 45-minute Skype follow-up session

Cost is £1000 or £900 for graduates of The Naked Hedgehogs’ Bootcamp.
